I recently stayed at The St. Regis Bangkok and my experience was quite mixed. On one hand, the service was really good with warm and attentive staff making me feel truly valued. However, the room's design fell short in several areas, particularly with limited storage and some cleanliness issues. Overall, while I appreciated the hospitality and location, there are areas in need of improvement.

The location is fantastic, being close to the BTS and shopping at Pratunam. but the service was inconsistent, particularly with my butler experience. While some staff were incredibly helpful, like my butler who organized treats and flowers for my birthday, there were also moments of confusion and delays during check-in and requests, which detracted from the overall experience.
